Cancellation Policy

WebStride Media Booking Policy 1. Booking Confirmation All bookings must be confirmed via our online scheduling system. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful booking. 2. Payment Terms A 100% payment is required to secure your booking. 3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the deposit. 4. Rescheduling Clients can reschedule their booking once without penalty if done at least 48 hours in advance. Subsequent rescheduling requests may incur a $50 fee. 5. Project Scope A detailed scope of work will be provided prior to the start of the project. Any changes to the scope after project commencement may affect the timeline and cost. 6. Communication Clients are encouraged to provide timely feedback and responses to ensure the project stays on schedule. Regular updates will be provided throughout the design process. 7. Ownership and Rights Upon full payment, clients will receive ownership of the final website design. WebStride Media reserves the right to showcase the project in our portfolio. 8. Liability WebStride Media is not liable for any loss of data or business interruptions during or after the project. 9. Agreement By booking a service, clients agree to adhere to this policy.
